No. You can buy a refill pack and spend it on any model without ever subscribing. A plan is the cheaper route if you create regularly: it drops credits into your account every month and adds parallel generations, priority queue, and premium models.

Monthly plan credits are for that billing cycle — they reset when the next month's credits land, so they don't stack up. Refill credits you buy as a pack are valid for 90 days from purchase, and they sit on the same balance.

It depends on the model you pick. A still image is a handful of credits, while a long, high-resolution video clip costs considerably more. Every model shows its live credit price in the studio, so you can plan a month's work before you spend anything.

Yes. Plans renew monthly and each renewal grants that month's credits. You can cancel whenever you like from the billing portal — you keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you already paid for.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the billing portal and Stripe prorates the difference against your existing subscription — you're never charged for two plans at once, and the new tier's perks apply immediately.

You aren't charged for work you didn't get. If a generation errors out or never completes, the credits it reserved are automatically returned to your balance, and the refund shows up in your billing history.
